Community Visiting Nurse Association accepts payment for services from most health insurers, including: 

• Medicare
• Medicaid
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• HMOs
• Managed Care
• Private Insurance
• Worker's Compensation
• Private Pay (Fee for Service-Sliding Scale)
• Grants and Waiver Programs  

Community VNA contracts with most insurers and bills them directly for provided services. When we receive a request for services, an insurance verification is performed by our office staff, determining coverage of needed services and any uncovered costs that you might incur, such as co-pays or deductibles.  We will give this information to you prior to or during the first visit.

A sliding scale fee based on ability to pay is available to provide necessary care for those without health insurance. This is made possible by private donations, fundraisers and grants from a variety of sources.
