2. Learning about medications and their side effects
3. Learning how to care for your wound
4. Helping you understand and care for tubes, drains or catheters
5. Learning how to give injectable medications
6. Learning various therapies and how to use equipment (such as canes, walkesr, etc.)
7. Dealing with cognitive, speech and swallowing deficits
8. Assessing you and your home for mobility and safety
9. Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living (including bathing, toileting and meal preparation)
10. Hospice care for life-limiting illnesses
