Bereavement / Support

Community Care Hospice understands that coping with end of life issues is something that is not quickly resolved. Our medical social worker will work with you and your family to help bring closure to life issues. Our bereavement staff will provide care and support to your family for another 13 months.

Bereavement group sessions are held several times a year at Community VNA, both for our patient’s families' and the public. Certified bereavement group facilitators lead the groups, helping loved ones deal with grief.
