Community Visiting Nurse Association currently has the following job opportunities available:

Clinical Registered Nurses:   

     - Per Diem - Weekday visits with one weekend per

       month requirement

     - Per Diem On-Call - Friday & Saturday nights

       (4pm - 8:30am)

    - Per Diem Weekend Supervisor - Saturday & 

      Sunday, 1/2 to full day - triage calls, accept  

      referrals, utilization review, start of care chart

      review, oversee weekend scheduling of clinicians,

      assigning cases.

   -  RN Coder/Case Manager - In-house position; 

      coding experience a must. 

Registered Dietician:   

     - Per Diem - Weekdays for visits within Middlesex and Somerset counties.  CDR/ADA

       licensure required.

Certified Home Health Aides:

    -   Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem - for home care visits in Middlesex and/or

        Somerset counties

Physical Therapist:  

     - Per Diem - Weekdays for visits within Middlesex and/or Somerset counties. 

Occupational Therapist:  

     - Per Diem - Weekdays for visits within Middlesex and/or Somerset counties. 

All field positions require current New Jersey licensure/certification as well as a valid drivers license and a reliable car.  Benefits included with all part-time (22.5/hr. week or more) and full-time positions including company car for part time (30 hours) and full time nursing field positions.
