Annually, Community Care Hospice, an affiliate of Community VNA, holds a "Celebration of Love - Light Up A Life" a memorial and a living tribute to loved ones and friends.

For a contribution of $25 or more, a light will be lit on the tree and a ribbon with the honored individual's name will be tied to the bough.

This year's Light Up A Life celebration will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2007at our office located at 110 West End Avenue in Somerville, NJ.
