As a not for profit organization (501-C3), Community Visiting Nurse Association and its affiliates welcome donations to help us continue our commitment to provide care for all in need, regardless of ability to pay for services. Your tax-deductible donation will be used to help Community Visiting Nurse Association care for those without insurance or funds, as well as to establish and fund community services, education and our home health care programs. For over 55 years, the comfort and care provided to our patients has improved their lives.
