DOCTOR ASSESSING INFANT AT CHILD HEALTH CLINIC

At our Child Health Clinics, Community VNA provides free well baby check-ups and immunizations for newborns, toddlers and pre-school children, as well as immunizations for children aged 18 and under who are attending school.  The nurse, registered dietitian and physician assess the growth and development of children who attend.  In addition, parents receive information and education on child health.  The clinics are conducted in conjunction with local health departments for families without health insurance.  To be eligible, you must be a resident of the following towns:

  • Bound  Brook

  • Branchburg

  • Bridgewater

  • Green Brook

  • Hillsborough

  • Manville

  • Middlesex

  • Montgomery

  • North Plainfield

  • Raritan

  • Somerville

  • South Bound Brook

  • Warren

  • Watchung
