Community Visiting Nurse Association

As part of the agencies mission to serve our community, Community Visiting Nurse Association has contracted with Somerset County Health Department to provide nursing services during a public health emergency. The agency is an active member of Somerset County Health Departments Bioterrism task force. During a public health emergency, Community VNA will participate in disease surveillance activities, provision of medications and/or vaccinations to county residents or implementation of a community quarantine process. In addition, Community VNA will participate in any and all emergency preparedness drills.
