Community Visiting Nurse Association provides many programs for the communities and residents of Somerset and Middlesex Counties. Health education, wellness and prevention programs, and health screenings are a large part of our mission to help keep our communities healthy.  By working together with other community agencies as well as county and state programs, we are able to offer a wide variety of services.
