Remembrance Service
The Community Care Hospice Annual Remembrance Service was held on Sunday, June 13, at 2:00 p.m. at the North Branch Reformed Church. All of the families of patients we have cared for over the past year were invited to join in an inter-faith service to honor and remember our loved ones.
