Positions Available:

Community Visiting Nurse Association currently has job opportunities available that are listed below.  Please note that resumes must be submitted along with applications for all nursing positions.  This resume requirement does not include home health aide positions.

Field Staff 

  • WOCN (Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse): Per diem position, 1 day each week for client visits in Middlesex and Somerset Counties and staff education. 

Certified Home Health Aides

  • Full-time, part-time and per diem positions for weekday visits in Middlesex and Somerset Counties.
